Element is referenced by others and Deletion Blocked - Can´t delete Geometri

Hi

I cant delete the horizontal geometri I create, without removing the rules first. I does not matter if I do it on a emty file or in a existing one. If I send these files to someone else outside our company they can delete and nothing wrong there. It is the same if I try to delete geometri on a file I recive from others

I am using Powercivil for Denmark SS4 vers. _08.11.09.878
