When I made the new civil cell for the project I am working on, I set the elevation of the match line of the horizontal to 4' elevation just for the sake of its creation.And now, when I try to place the civil cell, it wants to end at the 4' elevation and not at the terrain model elevation as I intend it to. How do I make the cell level with the terrain?
I hope somebody can help me with this!
