Check that your sheet border model is in the default model and that it does not have a shifted global origin.
You can place a line from a data point to the precision key-in of xy=0,0|UOR followed by a reset. Check the endpoint coordinates of the line and if they are not 0,0, then you have a shifted global origin. You would then need to reset it to center center and move all graphics so the lower left corner of the printable area of the sheet is at the new origin of 0,0.
