Overlapping area create an exterior feature of 2 surfaces and choosing the highest elevation of 2 surfaces

1.I would like to know about creating a polyline (exterior feature) for an overlapping area of 2 surfaces.

2.After, to create  the 3th surface into overlapping area and choosing the highest elevation of 1st or 2nd surfaces
