Thank you for your response. I do not know how I can find the example info. Checked whatever available but cannot find similar info. However, I tried to create from file in OpenRoads, but the Lidar DEM can not be recognized. Please see the image I created for the Lidar DEM in OpenRoads and ArcCatalog.
