Export DD Latitude/Longitude Coordinates

I'm running PowerGEOPAK 8.11.09.878.

I would like to find a way to export the coordinates of a series of points (or rather cells).  I specifically need the output to be in Decimal Degrees. 

Here is the scenario:

I have a road design file.  In it, I have placed cells representing boreholes along the alignment. Normally, we would use a handheld GPS to get the lat/long in the field, however there are times when this isn't done.  My current method is horrifically cumbersome.  I export the road file to Google Earth and hand-pick the coordinates from each hole. 

I'm looking for any suggestion to speed up the process.
