RE: [OR Ss4] Nesting settings for Reference files

Reference files are discussed in the Bentley Civil Guide – Best Practices but not in depth. At most, the Nesting Depth should exceed 1 with 0 being the preference, based on my research.

Also, there have been cases were components would not display in cross sections when the Ignore Attachment when Live Nesting options was selected, other unreported issues may also arise.
