deleted features from inroads SS2 appearing when opening in plain microstation

I imported the raw survey data in Inroads SS2 and completed my drawing, and the same drawing When i opened in plain microstation many linear features that i cleaned  up in Inroads it is appearing again in DGN when view it thru plain microstation only. Even some of the data i Clipped outside my area in Inroads , it is appearing when opening in plain microstation. Did any one have experience this.
