Yes and No...
Yes, you can use both the Unsuitable by Feature and Unsuitable by Station options to set up unsuitable materials for the volumes for a given cross section set. However, it will not use both at the same station. The Unsuitable Materials by Station will supersede the Unsuitable Materials by Feature for the station where both are present. There is no way to utilize both options. This is documented in the Help for the Unsuitable Material by Station reference information.
