RE: Survey Point Code with Note

Thanks for the input, I actually got a little help from the DOT since we are working with their SMD. For the note, I needed to add a space after the linking code, or two spaces after the code with no linking code. And I needed to utilize the Text Import Wizard in the Project Explorer and tweak the Delimiters. Part of my problem was i was just dragging and dropping the TXT file into my field book.

Here is the example (405 = back of curb), ST is start of the linking code, END is the end of the linking code

100,5000,5000,600.25,502 ST DAMAGED
101,5000,5050,600.50,502 DAMAGED
102,5000,5100,600.75,502 DAMAGED
103,5000,5150,600.75,502 END DAMAGED

This program is a little challenging, but once you start to learn your way around, it isn't too bad.

Mike
