I'm an Inroads User where we have a text import wizard. Maybe GEOPACK does have it,too.
what format does your text file have. is it like.

P, EAST, NORTH, ELEVATION, CODE, NOTE

? Or something similar? show an example and name the GEOPACK function in detail, you are using!
