Survey Point Code with Note

Hello, using Bentley GEOPAK Civil Engineering Suite.   New to the forum and very new to this program (mainly a Civil3D user).     I want to add notes to my field codes but am having trouble figuring out the best way to do it.   I am working with a DOT so we utilizing their SMD and are using their Pcodes.   

Example

Pcode = 405 (which is a tree)

Pnt No, Northing, Easting, Elevation, Pcode 

I want to add the size at the end of the code, but if I code it  405 15in  I get an error.   I tried using a comma separator  405,15in  , but that just wants to place another point.

Any advice/help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
