RE: creating two optional component to catch the surface

özgür, if I understand this correctly, you want to either solve at 1:1 or 3:1 from the last backbone point on your template, right? Here's a quick answer (if that's what you want to do) ... yes, just create an End Condition with your 1V:1H ratio, and another with your 3V:1H ratio. Since you want to use the 1:1 in excavation between 0 and 10m, set one of the Constraints on the 1:1 Component to Slope (100%) and the other to Vertical with a Value of 10 (m). In the End Condition Properties for that end point, toggle 'off' the 'End Condition is Infinite' option. That means that this EC will only be able to 'reach' 10m vertically. If the ground is within that 10m it will succeed and solve. If the existing ground is beyond 10m vertically it will fail, and then the EC with Priorty 2 will be tried. At this point, since the first EC (1:1) failed, you know that the catch is beyond 10m so the 3:1 EC will solve. The end point of that 3:1 EC should have 'End Condition is Infinite' toggled 'on'.

On the Component Properties, set the 1:1 to Priority 1, and the 3:1 to Priority 2.

If you need a few screenshots let me know and I'll add a few for you.
