ilyas, I was able to regress all of those points using InRoads SS2 Single Element Regression, so you should try that. But I personally wouldn't use all the shots, especially some of the one in the far north and south. It seems that those shots might have been at the limits of visibility and are far beyond the standard deviation of the other shots. You'll see these extremes in the Results.
