RE: Terrain Model Analysis Tools

I'd like to securely submit a file to Bentley for troubleshooting purposes. What is the preferred way to do this these days?

In this file I have one terrain model which is composed of three graphic filters: one for the surveyed cross section breaks, another for supplemental breaks, and another for spots. If I refresh all of them, I continue to see break lines within the terrain model which have no source element.

If I do the crossing features report, I see one that has a difference of 7' and another with a difference of 14', and a few others that are less than 1 foot. I've right-clicked on these entries and wanted to delete the break line that isn't valid. The window at the bottom of the crossing features report says "Terrain Feature3601:None". Finally as part of my troubleshooting effort, I decided to delete the other break line in the conflict. Finally, it says "Terrain Feature4568 removed from terrain". But when I refresh from the main break source, the conflict returns.

By turning on the display of all attachments and turning on all levels within each attachment, I've confirmed that there are no elements that the graphic filter would be including (at least in this one spot where the elevation difference is 14').

So what options do I have? I imagine it'll involve deleting the terrain model and recreating it; I'm not a big fan of that, never mind that it's a matter of creating a new terrain model from the same three graphic filters.
