I have a file that when opened in MicroStation with Open Roads, immediately opens the Bentley Send an Error dialog box, twice followed by an Microsoft .NET Framework unhandled exception dialog box and lastly the error dialog box with Abort Retry Ignore buttons.
I tried the "civil display browser" key-in but the two "fix problems" buttons also throw an unhandled exception error, as does a compress. Most of these are also followed by one or more of the Bentley Send an Error dialog box.
I am working in a Managed Workspace in Project Wise that is setup to use certain workspaces for some folders and a different workspace for others. The file, opened form eith type of folders seems to generate the same messages.
I completely purged all of the shadow folders to see if resetting everything would fix this. Sadly, it did not.
Currently, any of the Open Roads tools I try to use result in a few additional error dialog boxes before the session abruptly closes.
How can I proceed.
