[OR Ss4] Is the variable CIVIL_XIN_FILE automatically set in Ss4?

I'm working on a managed PW workspace and when I look at the configuration, it shows as a User defined Variable, but the filename shown is PW code and is undecipherable to determine if it changes when I load different ones.

And even if it is defined by the managed workspace, the linking of an XIN appears to always use the XIN opened in the InRoads Explorer and not the one pointed to by this variable.
