Main idea: you have to snap all lines to your reference elements. You should test every part of CC to find out what is wrong. For example try to build CC using external circle and kerb - I'am sure that it is a mistake:
2. It is not possible to snap reference elements. You should do it this way: (it doesn't make any difference later - you can place your CC to snapped lines)
