MX Road SS4 0.845 MX Input file runner in Windows 8 and 10

Hi has anyone had any success  getting the bnlxInpRunOnce.exe to work with SS4 and windows 8 or 10.

I have tried the usual tricks including adding the C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Bentley Shared\MX\08.11.09 to the system variable path and still no luck.

This tool is so useful to our team here not having it really slows us down. We would be grateful for any advice or ideas. 

We use Ultra Edit for our input file editing.
