[OR Ss4] Missing Station ticks and labels on alignments at seemingly random locations.

On the project I am working on, my drawings need to be at 20 scale while the remaining drawings are 40 scale. So I need to create my own version of alignment annotations for my drawings. The alignments are by others, but contain a pretty large number of station equations. All my drawing needs to show are Major and minor ticks and major station labels. We are not displaying cardinal, event or any linear annotation.

The first missing Major Station tick and label occurs after the equation B to C. The next omission occurs after the equation from E to F and there, both a major and minot station is missing. At this location, the minor station tick is missing and then its following major station tick and label.

The next location comes after the I to J equation, where only o single major station tick and label or omitted. After the K to L equation, a minor tick, makor tick and label and another minor tick are skipped. After the L to M and again at M to N, a single major station and tick is skipped. This happens again after the O to P, Q to R and after R to S, and T to  U a single minor tick is skipped.  After V to W, W to X, X to Y returned to skipping the following Major Tick and label. After Y to Z, the following minor tick and major tick and label are missing. After Z to AA, AA to BB, DD to EE, GG to HH, HH to II, JJ to KK, KK to LL, LL to MM, MM to NN, NN to OO, OO to PP, a major tick and label.

This continues all the way to the end which is segment DDD. This seems to occur on one alignment and not another but I cannot upload any files. Has anyone ever seen something like this. Every time the alignment is revised, I need to re-station it and try to fix these missing elements.
