Thanks for the quick reply. I'm working in SS2. The profiles are continuous and I only have one point control in place.
The issues begins near a PRC in the horizontal alignment. One of the curves turns greater than 90 degrees. The profile starts working again where the downstream horizontal curve gets back to 90 degrees or so) from the original curve:
