3 Lane Railroad Superelevation Center Line

So I understand how to use the superelevation tools to set up lanes and such, but I have one problem.  My centerline goes through the middle of the middle rail... I was wondering before I put too much time into it, would I be able to have the 2nd lane (the middle one) as one lane (such as Lane 2), even though it is split through the center from the centerline?  

I just want to know whether the superelevatio would still work the same.

The 3 rails are all following one another on the same curve.
