MXROAD, Existing string tie to revised alignment

I have design centerline MC00 and design carriegeway CE00 and CE11. After I revised centerline profile levels, now I would existing CE00 and CE11 strings to tie with revised centerline. carriegeway string designed -2.5% slope. Is it possible it? 

Carriegeway strings calculated superelevation, widening etc I dont want re newly design those strings.
