Unexpected Error when Activating an alternative profile

OpenRoads Designer CONNECT Edition 2020 Release 2, 10.1.8.33

Hello,

I am trying to make a new vertical alignment active for a horizontal alignment; however when I make the new profile active, I get an "unexpected error" message saying "Unexpected error occurred. Command Exited. Error details: List was modified during iteration." Does anyone know what this means?
